We live in a world where we are constantly surrounded by things.

Things that we buy, things that we use, things that we keep.

We have more things than ever before, thanks to the advances in technology, commerce, and globalization.

We have things that make our lives easier, faster, and more enjoyable.

We have things that we think we need, and things that we think we want.

But do these things really make us happy?

Do they really contribute to our wellbeing? Or do they distract us from what truly matters in life?

The Problem with Things

There is nothing inherently wrong with having things.

Things can be useful, beautiful, or meaningful.

They can serve a purpose, express our identity, or remind us of our memories. They can bring us joy, satisfaction, or gratitude.
