In today’s information-driven world, we are bombarded with numerous resources that promise to improve our lives.

However, the effectiveness of these sources is often questionable, leading to frustration, overwhelm, and guilt.

The answer lies in the fact that reading alone is not enough.

Reading provides information, inspiration, and motivation, but it cannot do the work for you.

The action gap is the difference between what you know and what you do.

It is the gap between your intentions and your actions, and the gap between your goals and your results.

The action gap is caused by many factors, such as lack of clarity, focus, motivation, or feedback.

These factors can create a vicious cycle that keeps you from taking action on what you read.
