In today’s busy world, managing our time, energy, and resources is crucial for a fulfilling life.

However, it’s not about prioritizing what’s on your schedule; it’s about scheduling your priorities.

This involves letting your life dictate your schedule rather than reacting to urgent tasks.

To achieve this, you need to identify your priorities, which are the things that matter most to you and align with your values, passions, and purpose.

This can be done by asking yourself questions such as your roles and responsibilities, short-term and long-term goals, strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and challenges, passions and interests, and needs and wants.

“Most of us spend too much time on what is urgent and not enough time on what is important.” — Stephen Covey

Evaluating your schedule involves assessing how you spend your time, manage your energy, manage your resources, and consider the results and outcomes of your actions.

“Lack of time is actually lack of priorities.” — Tim Ferriss
