Life is full of surprises, challenges, and lessons.

Sometimes, we have moments of clarity that make us see things differently and question our assumptions.

These are some of the profound insights that are making me rethink everything in a drastic way

1. Happiness is not a destination, but a state of mind.

I used to think that happiness was something that I would achieve once I reached certain goals, such as getting a promotion, finding a partner, or traveling the world.

But I realized that happiness is not a destination, but a state of mind.

Happiness is not dependent on external factors, but on how I choose to perceive and respond to them.

Happiness is not something that I can chase, but something that I can cultivate within myself.
