Intelligence, a term commonly used to describe cognitive abilities, is a complex and multifaceted concept.

Contrary to popular belief, intelligence encompasses more than just the intellect, which is responsible for analytical thinking and problem-solving.

According to Sadhguru, a renowned spiritual leader and mystic, intelligence comprises four primary segments: buddhi (intellect), ahankara (identity), manas (mind), and chitta (consciousness).

Intelligence is an inherent ability that allows us to process information, learn from experiences, and adapt to our surroundings.
