Happiness is a journey that requires indirect pursuit and embracing hardships to find true well-being.

Chasing happiness directly can be counterproductive, leading to more harm than good

True happiness requires embracing hardships and growing from them, which is called antifragility.

Antifragility is a system that becomes stronger and more resilient when it is subjected to stress or pressure.

Pursue happiness indirectly and achieve antifragility

Spiritual well-being: finding a sense of meaning and purpose in life.

Physical well-being: managing stress and taking care of our health.

Intellectual well-being: being curious, asking questions, and deeply engaging with material.

Relational well-being: spending quality time with loved ones and fostering strong relationships.

Emotional well-being: embracing painful emotions while cultivating pleasurable ones, such as gratitude.

Final Thoughts

Happiness is a lifelong journey, not a destination, and we can learn to make the best of things that happen rather than expecting everything to be perfect.
